“My little boy is one and has been in the baby room for about 4 months and seems to have settled in well. I pay for lunches as they get lots of different foods, also cater for kids with food allergies which is a massive help. The staff are all amazing here I never worry about leaving them.”

What The Parents Say
FUNDED PLACES
We work in partnership with Scottish Borders Council to provide funded nursery places for eligible 2, 3 and 4 year olds. All eligible children are entitled to a minimum of 600 funded hours per year, and those in pilot catchment areas are entitled to up to 1140 hours per year, working towards Scottish Government’s goal of providing 1140 hours of funded early learning and childcare for all eligible children from 2020. In Kelso, the majority of eligible children will be able to access up to 1140 hours from August 2019.
Please contact us for more information about eligibility, and look out for our annual information evening which coincides with enrolment week for the funded sessions (the next enrolment week will be January 2019). If you’ve moved into the area and believe your child is eligible for a funded nursery place now then please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
